Glasgow is Scotland's largest city and is renowned for its culture, style and the friendliness of its people. Indeed it was recently voted the 'friendliest city in the world' in a Rough Guide poll. We look forward to welcoming you here and hope you will leave time to explore what the city has to offer beyond the University.

Further information will be added in the coming in the coming weeks.
To give you a flavour of the University and the surrounding area, and of a number of the places we will be visiting on our excursions, see this short video by our sister conference, The European Archaeological Association, who are meeting here in September (the eagle-eyed may spot a certain Professor of Gaelic!).
