Academic Programme
The academic programme includes approximately 400 papers in 13 parallel sessions from all branches of Celtic Studies, plus a series of 7 roundtables on subjects as diverse as Gaelic dialectology, the Celtic Revival, and the current state of the Celtic languages.
As is traditional at ICCS, a range of plenary speakers will offer their perspectives on diverse aspects of the field of Celtic Studies.
Poster presentations are a well-established feature of many academic conferences in the sciences and are now becoming more common in the Arts and Humanities. This is the first time they have featured at the International Celtic Congress.
